Rosemary & Lavender Essential Oils

The scent of either oil by itself has its own definate impact, but mixed together the result is more than the sum of its parts. At the balance of about 2 parts Rosemary to 1 part Lavender, a gent at the bank practically waxed verbose about the wonderful smell when I used the blend in my hair.

In fact, this is wonderful use for the oils & people have done so for centuries. Lavender alone can be used for its scent & conditioning qualities, but this can get expensive. Rosemary adds to the cleansing & antiseptic nature of the blend & to boot has the reputation of stimulating hair growth.

Apply the blend to your hair at a rate of 6 or 7 drops per application. Avoid using more as it may irritate your skin. Massage into your scalp, brush or comb through your hair, and shine on.
